In the mid 1920's Rex B. Clark constructed the world class Lake Norconian Club resort in Norco, California. Although it was a retreat for nearby Hollywood celebrities, the resort faltered in the depression and underwent a series of transformations. Today most of the structures are still there, but in imminent danger of destruction. Our foundation aims to preserve and rejuvinate this jewel of the inland empire.

Navy Base Grounds Cleanup Day

 

Saturday - September 25th

8am - 1pm

 

Visit and help preserve one of the most genuinely beautiful and historic areas in the State. Lunch will be provided.

 

All are welcome. Work at your own pace. 

 

Tools to bring  Garden rakes, Hand tree saws, wheel barrows, tree loppers, pitch forks.

 

Protective clothing to wear - Hats, gloves, and sun protection

 

Please bring a photo ID to enter the base - please use the entrance at 1999 Fourth Street, Norco, CA 92860
