The Lake Norconian Club Foundation (LNCF) was formed early in 2007 in order to raise awareness of the plight of the Lake Norconian Club and organize an effort to preserve the associated buildings. About 6 years ago, the main hotel building, previously used as prison offices and dining hall, was boarded up and the electricity turned off. Time and the weather are taking its toll. Water damage, especially, is damaging priceless artwork that is on some of the walls and ceilings.

 

Our foundation has two goals. First, to preserve the "Lake Norconian Club" buildings and, second, to eventually restore them, to some degree (if and when they become available).
